Hello, I’m Akua Tufuor, a Ghanaian-American and was born and raised in Arlington, TX. I’m the founder of Totally Renewed, a pastor, educator, and auntie to my two lovely nieces.

Helping others thrive has always been part of my story. I went through many years of uncertainty in life, career, creativity, and business aspirations. I tried many things and often felt like I was stuck in a sort of “Kadesh Barnea”.

Then God took me on a wilderness journey where I had to let go of my own definition of success until there was nothing left. It was in that place that He revealed my purpose, renewed my mind and life, and began restoring me into His image.

My goal for anyone I come into contact with is simple: to show them Jesus Christ. Whether it’s through teachings on YouTube, community, or using the gifts God has given me, I want people to see Him. I believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform the life of anyone who is willing to let God show them who they are through His eyes.
